"I’ve been with Will Britt for years and have always had a great experience. Marian, in particular, is consistently professional and a pleasure to work with. However, my experience today was very different. When I called with questions about my policy, Alex answered and was rude from the start. Her tone was dismissive and had an attitude throughout the call. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but it continued. I eventually had to ask if there was an issue and requested to speak with someone else. I value this agency, but this interaction was unprofessional and unacceptable. A bad day isn’t an excuse to treat customers poorly."
